Peter’s primary expertise lies in the marketing and selling of branded consumer goods, working for such companies as Cadbury Schweppes, The Coca-Cola Company and The Foster’s Group. Over 15 years he held international strategy, multi-market marketing and country management roles, all focused on developing brands and markets outside the UK.

Since 2005 he has developed a Private Equity skill-set as a buyer of underperforming SMEs with K2 Partners and as such he is highly adept at finding deals and has a clear understanding of what an investor looks for in a potential investment and of what a management team must deliver to gain funding. In the last 2 years he has also helped several entrepreneurs develop business plans and gain investment.

Peter holds an MBA from London Business School (2002-2004) and a BA Hons in Business Studies from Manchester Polytechnic. He speaks fluent German, French and conversational Spanish. He also has some knowledge of Russian, gained partly from trading whiskey for vodka with his Moscow “driver”.

In his youth he was a top UK rifle shot and team captain with Bisley top 10 positions to his personal name and to the team he captained. He now skis and creates his own music for enjoyment and is an avid reader, photographer and traveller too. He still harbours a lifetime ambition to ride the orient express from Moscow to Beijing.
